Cardinal & Stone Awards Ceremony 22’

In the Summer of 2022 Alpha Sigma Phi chapters from around the country gathered in New Orleans in what was the largest gathering of Alpha Sigs in history and the first since the Pandemic started. This gathering was especially special for the Theta Pi chapter of The University of Kansas as we were honored with the Grand Senior President’s Cup, the highest recognition a chapter is capable of receiving. This is the first time in the chapter’s history that it has earned such a prestigious honor and members going forward should have the goal to replicate this accomplishment in their time in the Fraternity. Some of the factors that contributed to the Theta Pi chapter winning this award were Community Service: 1000 hours by chapter as a whole, Philanthropic Donations: $6500 fundraised across our 5 philanthropic partners, and Recruitment: 33 person new member class that included a 90% retention rate.
